Long time no see

It’s been a while, and sometimes that’s just what life looks like.

But I’m here again and hopefully, I will find my way back to the joys of writing. Of letting my mind spill out in chaos or logic or curiosity or amazement or whatever else that’s bubbling in my head.

Words just don’t come from my head, they come as much from my heart and soul, and maybe those words are a bit clearer and rawer than the words that the mind lets out.

Personally, I feel that my mind is stricter and more linear than my heart and soul, just as it should be. But I don’t compartmentalize the words, I let my own holy trinity work together, blend and find a balance. That’s my path, the one I have chosen to wander. It meanders, it’s got hills and valleys and roses and thorns. It’s just perfect.

Now, when you add some ADD to that path you can be sure of a long and winding road. With new experiences and new things to learn and old patterns to discard and that’s my life. I have strayed from my path, I have been pulled from my path and I have lost sight of my path so many times during my life, but for now, I’m back on it. Let’s see how long it will last.

Let’s go!

Are you taking your vitamins?

I think now more than ever people need to be reminded to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing.
I strongly believe in free will, and I am not a fan of mandatory Covid-vaccination. I work as a scientist in my 9 – 5 job, part of my job is to question theories and read scientific papers.

Anyway, I’m also a Sagittarius, so good luck telling me what to do. During the past ten months, I have gone through my vitamin box to make sure I get what my body (and mind) needs. I found that’s mainly been fine-tuning and adding stuff.
I do my vitamins in the morning and the minerals about two hours before bedtime. I also rotate what I take after advice from the homoeopath I used to see.
One of the things I noticed is that not everything works for me the way “it’s supposed to”. My body has always responded quickly regarding what I eat or the exercise I do, so I notice what works and what doesn’t. But tweaking is learning, and even though it can be frustrating at times, it’s fun and interesting.

Today my morning dose consisted of two different multivitamin and mineral pills, a B-complex, two vitamin D and a red clover pill (because of menopause).

I drank it down with four grams of Myo-inositol in a glass of water and 15 ml of high strength Pomegranate concentrate with a second glass of water.

Tonight I will take two iron pills, two magnesium tablets, two zink and one chrome pill and one Hyaluoron capsule.

I am always interested in other peoples experiences with added vitamins and minerals, and if you have any suggestions for me, I am all ears.
